2010 Rates & Rental Info

Summer Guest House Rate Schedule (Peak)

The following chart shows our rates for the 2010 summer season and below that our offseason rates. Summer weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday and in the off-season we rent weekends (and weekly) and there is usually a two night minimum. See information below this rate chart, for more details. If you are interested in securing a specific time, please use our secure form to contact us and include in your email:

Off Season Rates

The off-season is a fantastic time to enjoy Cape May. There's usually a two-night minimum, and a lower per night rate for three or more nights. Book early, the popular Spring and Fall weekends are usually booked in advance! THe following are the general rates for any off-season time. Following this information you'll see rates for special Holidays.

2 Night Stay $450/ night
3 Night Stay $395/ night
Weekly rate $2,700 (7 nights)
 (September rates are slightly higher, see below)

Important Reservation Details

All reservations are first come first serve. Until your reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. To secure a reservation, kindly email the time you'd like and we'll send you our simple instructions to complete the process. All rates guaranteed at time we receive signed lease and payment, as defined in the lease terms.
