Summer Guest House Rate Schedule (peak season)

vacation home rental is great value

The following chart shows our rates for the 2010 summer season and just below the chart are the offseason rates. Summer rentals are weekly and run from Saturday to Saturday. Off-season rental are both weekly and weekends (with a two night minimum.) See information below this rate chart for more details. To secure a specific time, please use our secure online form and be sure to include:

• The dates you're interested in
• The total in your party  
• Whether you've been to Cape May before

 

Off-Season

The off-season is a fantastic time to enjoy Cape May. There is usually a two-night minimum and a lower rate for three or more nights. Book early, the popular Spring and Fall weekends go fast!

3 Night Stay $395/ night

All reservations are first come first serve. Until your reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. To secure a reservation, kindly email the time you'd like and we'll send you our simple instructions to complete the process. All rates guaranteed at time we receive signed lease and payment, as defined in the lease terms.
