Cleaning Service

We offer a departure day cleaning service option to make your departure day simple and hassle free. You can, of course, make your own arrangements; just know that locating a reliable cleaning service can be difficult and typically quite expensive.

Our contracted service is $350 during the peak summer season or covering weekly rentals in the off-season, (for Fall & Spring off-season rates please contact us) and they take care of tenant departure day cleaning responsibilities which includes sweeping, mopping the floors, cleaning the kitchen, the bathrooms, and basically everything necessary to return the house to the same condition it was in when that tenant arrived.

Crib rentals

If you need to rent a crib for your stay, we've found a reliable company Stone Harbor Crib Rental.

If you use them, at the end of your stay please be sure to arrange departure day pick up by your 10:00am checkout time so the house will be in order for the next renters. This is important and we appreciate your making those arrangements.

Linens

We now offer our own Linen Service, providing the convenience of quality linens delivered right to your room.

At competitive rates, in-room linen service add comfort & super convenience during your stay, removing the hassles of bringing your own, or having to pick up and drop off if you use another service. For all rentals we have two simple plans.

Bringing your own linens?

For those groups that want to bring their own linens and towels, the bed configurations and linen requiements are as follows:

2 Queen Size Beds
2 Queen sheet sets /2 pillow cases per set

3 Full Size Beds *
3 Full sheet sets /2 pillow cases per set
*If renting Annie's Optional First Floor Bedroom - bring 1 extra Full Set.)

6 Twin Size Beds
6 Twin size sheet sets / 6 pillow cases

Bath and Beach
Don't forget, if you bring your own linens remind your party to each bring their own bath, beach and hand towels and wash cloths.

* Please note: we include blankets, comforters and pillows in each room and there are extras in the 3rd floor closet.

Optional 1st Floor Bedroom

We have a great new first floor bedroom option for guests with elderly parents, a special need or for anyone that would simply like some more room. This option doesn't affect your lease and we can add it in if it works for your plans.
