* Departure day cleaning service (additional fee) is required for each booking to insure professional cleanings between rentals.
— Peak summer season week rentals are Saturday to Saturday (7 nights), starting early June and typically ending labor day.
— Rentals do not include sheets & towels, but we offer convenient in-room linen services for additional fee.
Fall 2026: Sep, Oct & Holidays
weekend: 2 nights: $950/nt
3+ nights: $800/nt
Above rates applies to all of September and first 3 weeks in October.
Holiday rates: For Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year’s please reach out, tells us what you’re looking for and we can follow up with a custom package.
Spring 2027: April & May
weekend: 2 nights: $950/nt
3+ nights: $800/nt
Memorial Day: Thurs. to Tues, 5 night stay, $6,500
Book early. Peak Spring & Fall weekends — Valentines' Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year’s, go quickly.

Reservations are first come first serve. Until your reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
