Rates Schedule
* Departure day cleaning service (additional fee) is required for each booking to insure professional cleanings between rentals.
— Peak summer season week rentals are Saturday to Saturday (7 nights), starting early June and typically ending labor day.
— Rentals do not include sheets & towels, but we offer convenient in-room linen services for additional fee.
Thanksgiving 2026
Cape May starts turning toward the holidays at Thanksgiving, and the house works well for a family gathering: a kitchen that seats everyone, big pots for the turkey, and the whole family under one roof.
$1,200/night, 2 night minimum, including Thanksgiving night (Thurs., Nov. 26). Add more nights at the same nightly rate.
— Arrive Wed., get the cooking started, have Thanksgiving dinner Thurs., head home Fri.
— Compliments of the house: Annie's Room, our first-floor suite with its own bathroom and private entry. A good fit for families bringing parents who might have difficulty with the main stairs.
— Also compliments of the house: our basic linen package. Bottom sheet, top sheet and pillowcases in each room (towels not included, can be added for a fee).
Fall 2026: Sep & Oct
Weekends (2 nights): $950/night
3+ nights: $850/night
Applies to all of September and the first 3 weeks of October.
