This security deposit is due approximately one month before your rental starts. You can either add this security deposit amount to your total credit card order, or you can wait until next month (totally up to you).

As an FYI, we mail security deposit checks back to renters usually within a day or so after they depart, after we've had a chance to inspect the property.
